It was December 2017, I was scheduled for an employment assessment at my current job. Prior to this, I hadn’t done any assessment for years so I felt a bit rusty.
I researched online, asked questions from a current employee but I still couldn’t get an angle on what to expect from the assessment.
So I prayed & asked God to help me.
I got to the exam hall & learnt the cut off mark was 70 over a 100. Hei God, help your daughter!!!
It was a computer based test & I answered the questions as best as I could; when it was time to submit, I repeated my prayer LORD HELP ME.
Then I clicked the submit button & the moment of truth came, my score was staring right back at me from the computer screen.
I got exactly 70marks & was amazed. Hours later, I was further amazed upon finding out that less than 30 people out of the hundreds who sat for the exam had met the cut off mark. Infact, they had to reduce the cut off mark to 50 so as to have more folks move to the next stage, the Interview.
It’s been 6 years since I had this encounter with the help of God but I am still in awe every single time that I remember it. Again, I have seen the help of God in so many ways after this.
Today, God wants you to know that He desires to help you.
He wants to help you figure out life, so ask him for help in anything & everything.
He wants to help you find peace in a chaotic world, such needless burdens we bear when we can just give them to him.
He doesn’t want you worrying about tomorrow as he has already taken care of it.
He doesn’t want sapa to be associated with your name; he doesn’t want you chanting with the rest of them “let the poor breathe”
So ask him for help today; simply ask, “God help me with……..”.
Then you MUST believe with the whole of your heart that his help is coming.
I can absolutely guarantee this; He will help you when you ask him to!!!
