✅Reading: is a skill that any serious writer must develop. In fact, to write more, you should read more. When the reality of day to day living do not avail you the opportunity to actually read, then switch to audio books & use Audio book reading Apps like Fullreader to read your EBooks. Audible is also a really cool audio book reading App, best part is, subscription for the first 30days is free, so you can decide if the App works for you or not.
✅Writing: Yes, as a writer, you have to write & keep writing. You shouldn’t edit as you write, given its your first draft, this can be done later. Are you finding it hard to actually write? Then use voice to text Apps like Gboard & Dragon NaturallySpeaking, that way you wouldn’t have to write/type a word, you can just dictate.
✅Research: As a writer, you should be able to use research tools like a pro. Before you claim not to possess certain knowledge, have you checked google or YouTube?
Just marry YouTube and become a value churner.
✅Learning: Freebies are for Newbies, i tell students in my EBook creation class this fact all the time. The best investment you can ever make is in yourself, as a writer, while taking advantage of free courses/trainings, ensure you also budget for premium ones too, your better self will thank you for it.
✅Quietness: this involves the ability to achieve stillness both within and without. Social media is a really noisy place, you must jealously allocate and guard blocks of time when you tune off & engage in productive thinking, trust me, you’ll write better afterwards.
